Time gift boxes gone entirely

Hey i used to see time gift boxes offered at various levels. These had a time limit and moved around but they were always there to target. Recently they all just disappeared and this time gift is not available at any level! Is this a technical issue or something that King decided to remove?

Hi @GZ, there is a problem with those boxes.  They are not working properly.  When I get to them the box opens but the rewards aren't there.  The studio is aware that there is a problem with this but it's not a top priority at the moment.  Not sure if and when it will get fixed.

Hi there and thanks for the comment. I assumed there was something wrong but you never know, they could have decided to stop offering those. You actually get to see them and reach them which i assume its worse than my case where i am not seeing them at all! Thanks

You are soooooooooo right!  It is more annoying to see them and then realize that you didn't get anything!  Are you playing the Bubblegum Hill challenge?  I find it too difficult so I don't get a chance to get free boosters.

No to be honest. Whats the point when its deliberately made so that one never or rarely wins? Its too annoying to progress, waste time only to lose at the last or the one before.. I once had so many timed boosters available and i still didnt manage it!!  I dont therefore bother anymore. What level are you at?

I'm at level 1804 and it's luck if I can clear one level per week.  What level are you at? 

Also the studio is looking for feedback on your experience when you run out of moves, so can you all please head on over to this link and if you find that it is affecting your game, can you please respond?

I am at 1895. Some levels are only possible with the 2 bombs falling next to each other!!! Happy new year!
