Started me over on Day 1 of playing

Started me back at day 1 log in I know I played yesterday I was off of work .

Same issue here...was nearing 60 days in a row...which I would not care too much about but it was the day I started...had not missed a day and it was cool to be able to see when i started playing...I can never get that back unless they find a way to restore it for us

This is actually the second time this has happened I log in every single day sometimes not till later in the evening but it is daily .

I was on like 300 days and it started me over on day one..this is the second time..why does this happen

Me too. I tried to email support but got the “please give us further details” response. There really aren’t further details, except that I have also had my daily calendar stuck on days 4 and 6 for weeks (no joke) since I got reset back from day 59. It’s like my reward calendar won’t advance anymore. It wouldn’t bug me so much except now that they alternate with bigger rewards on different days.

Mine just reset yesterday and I had over 250 days.  I want it set back.  Have they answered anyone or helped in any way?
