I'm locked at 803

I'm locked level 495. but I've been playing level 803. games closures will not help to update the game. Avatar is still in level 495. It may be that the game has been left somewhere open, which I can no longer access. could you kindly do something about it?

Hi again @Lellu and thank you for reaching out. Let's try this - go back to the level where your avatar is stuck. In your case it is level 495. Beat that level again and earn some stars, which you will obviously do by beating the level 😊 This should unstuck the level and get your avatar back to your current level. I hope this will help you. that wasn't helpful when I tried it. what do i do next? Maybe you can see what's left there and close it. I put the game on two devices where the game is open.

Hi again @Lellu Thank for reaching out. First, I will ask you to clear cache and cookies of your game (or browser if you playing on PC). You can also log out of your FB or King account, clear the cache and then log in again. If this doesn't help, follow this link and try these steps.

no extinguishing has been helpful. Avatar is still at the level of 495. But I've been playing level 803. Playing a game of android phone and tablet. How do I get the Avatar to 803? I also updated the game in both, but did not help .....

Wonderful!! That playing helped. Now the avatar is where it should be 😀 I tried it sometime earlier and it didn't work then. Thanks a lot for help 🤩 Did those level competitions be updated for me too? They are a great addition to the game 👌
