Game won’t load after most recent update.

On iPad - I get past the orange splash screen and to the “play game screen. It tries to load Facebook but can’t. Then I  click to go into the game and get the regular game screen with my current level flashing but the screen is greyed out and some sort of message box, I.e. contest results, is in regular brightness but covers the top left quarter of the darkened screen but shows only its bottom right corner. I can’t even see a click box. I don’t want to reinstall b/c I’ve got boosters I’ve won and paid for. 

Help!

Hi @Jenn_McInthosh, I am not going to ask you to reinstall the game right now.  But I am going to suggest that perhaps you play the game through the Kingdom instead of through Facebook.  I stopped used Facebook months ago because there are too many glitches.  I am going to ask you first to clear the history and then try some troubleshooting for your IOS from this link:

When I updated I lost everything and won’t let me log in

Hi @Grannas57, where are you playing the game - computer or mobile device?

I am having the same problem as stated with other users.   I don't believe its a OS problem due to other people in my house playing on the same computer and having no issues with the game.   On my daughters and my accounts we can not play with the game frozen at the beginning.   If it was a OS problem no one would be able to play.

Hi @lucky74, where are you playing?  king.com?  Facebook?

Facebook, 3 out of 5 family members can play, only 2 accounts can not.  So it's not a settings or a OS issue.  Other kings games freeze up were you have to reload them usually after repeated play.

Are you playing through the Chrome browser?  There is a problem with that and I can give you that link to check it out.  Even though it mentions Farm Heroes Saga it's for all King games right now.

I don't like using chrome, we normally use safari on mac and IE on windows.

Also this would affect all users using same computer and it is not affecting all users playing the same game.

I have run out of solutions.  Let's hope that a player sees this message and was able to resolve it.
