why are all my lollipops gone?

I lost all my lollipop after the last update(1.133.2). I had about 740, but now I do not have any more. I do not know what to do and I would like to have her back.

    Hi @MahdiGhiaei - Welcome to our friendly community!!

    An app update should not get rid of your boosters. Only deleting and reinstalling the app will cause this. Please confirm you did not do this.

    Have you tried simply logging back in and out of your profile? Sometimes this can reset it the settings you previously had prior to the update.

    If you don't mind, just would like to make sure that you have this issue in "Candy Crush Soda" but not in "Candy Crush Saga"!!  Some players are complaining about loosing their boosters in Candy Crush AND Candy Friends. 

    Did you try the trick that @Foley1362?  Can you please clarify is it just the "Update" that caused it OR did you re-install the game?  We would like to make sure before we can give you any further suggestions or to complain to the Team Managers.

    Yeah I think it happened that way, because I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it. After doing that, they were gone. If that's why, what can I do to get the lollipop back?

    @Pummy_Raj - I’ve never lost boosters due to an app update so it’s weird to me it occurs but I know everyone’s situation is unique.

    @MahdiGhiaei - since you uninstalled and reinstalled all non-purchased boosters would be lost as they are stored on your mobile devices memory and unfortunately not able to be recovered. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news ☹️

    I am glad that the issue is solved because we are clear about why all your boosters were missing!  Now, we know that, it is because of the re-installation.  But, I am very sorry to hear that you have lost 700 + Lollipop Hammers.  The Team members always advice us not to store on the Mobile device as there is always the risk of loosing them!!

    Hi @Foley1362, I completely agree!  But, players in Candy Soda complained they lost boosters after the "Update",  I wrote to them asking for more details whether they did the re installation.  They have not replied back yet!!  Sometimes, there can be confusion due to the "language barrier" or "technical terms", etc.
     That's why, I will try to take as many details as possible before bringing certain issues to the Community Managers' attention.
