I cleared level 1416 with 13 moves left. You do not have to purchase anything to pass this level. Use fish to clear the soda bottle under dispenser. Use only the turtle once full to clear the blue candy piece under the dispenser. Nothing but the turtle will clear the blue candy piece. Use fish to clear the funky black cage piece under the dispenser.
