I have tried so many times to reset my password. The link arrives fine, but when i enter a new password i get an error message of oops there is a problem, or something similar

Sorry @shezwick I was only using Apple as an example of my issues with passwords. I am sure it will get sorted :)
Hi @shezwick do you have access to a computer? If so could you go to the link that they sent you in the email on a browser and change your password that way, then try logging in again. It might just be that there is a slowness somewhere and it’s not registering you have done it yet. Also make sure you are entering your king website password not the community password (unless they are the same of course)

I dont use Apple! And not sure why this issue has suddenly appeared with King. If it does not get resolved on my lap top I will give up candy crush after many loyal years!
I hate passwords requests in general. Apple being the worst because I KNOW I enter it correctly but it says it isn’t, but when I reset it, it tells me I can’t use the one I thought I used before as I have already used it. Sometimes I swear it’s to force us to update more than we would like. Especially when they insist on so many things in it. I know it’s secure but like in Apples case I regularly have to reset it as I can never remember what symbol I used lol.

I will try that with my laptop later. Just very frustrating to change the password then immediately get the oops this is incorrect message when I know it is not!
I can still play but it seems it is not connected to my account, so no profile picture and no daily spins. When I request via the app to reset password as I do not know it, I get the email straight away, but when I change it then attempt to log in with new password I get the oops message
So I need to think this out loud. Are you trying to log into the Kingdom and you can't so you are asking to send a temporary password? Then they are sending you a temporary password via email? Then when you try to log in with that temporary password you are getting an error message? I am going to tag @Chicken_Slayer who is a Superstar and she might be able to help us figure it out.
