How can I get through level 598 on Candy Crush Soda?

I am having trouble getting through level 598 on Candy Crush Soda. I have tried everything I know to do but to no avail. Boosters does not help that I had,,,, sooo. I am also having trouble with my level turning BLACK when I start the game. That is where you click to start the game and everything is BLACK. I have been thinking about QUITTING since I cannot get through the level and NOW with it turning BLACK.

Hi @Jeanean_Ashe, to add to what @Foley1362 wrote, here are a couple of troubleshooting links. Please follow the steps and let's see if your problem clears up. Whatever you do, do NOT uninstall the game on your mobile device until you have tried everything else because you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved to your device.

Hi @Jeanean_Ashe - I’m sorry to here you've had this issue! What platform do you play the game from? PC or mobile IOS or Android? Is the latest version of the game installed on your device? Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies for it as this can sometimes help as well. Let us know how it goes!!

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
