Inappropriate Avatar needs to be immediately removed

Someone is using a Nazi Swaztika in American flag colors and this is highly offensive.   Children play this game and it should not be seen as the new normal.   I have tried to report this on several occasions but King games doesn't seem to be interested.    How can this be reported and remedied?

Thank you so much Crimson Dawn.  This is so disturbing.   We expect to play games to have fun, not to interact with people who have terrifying agendas.

Thanks for the report (and thanks @Crimson_Dawn) for the tag! @shikah, if you can send me a private message (you can find the option by clicking on my profile) with the details and a possible screenshot we can take it forward. We do care about these at King, but sometimes it's hard to action and we need players help finding these cases in order for us to make it right.

While we certainly do not condone the use of inappropriate names and images, we are limited in the actions we can take against these players. Please rest assured that we are working on a way to stop this, however, it is a long term solution so it will take time for us to implement. In the meanwhile, please reach out to me privately and we can see about this individual case.
