After Ad screen goes black - (Collecting details for investigation)!

I'm sorry that so many other people are experiencing this frustrating issue, and at the same time I'm kinda glad I'm not alone. I see that many people registered to use the forum just to post here and I say THANK YOU to all of you because this really helps make the game better for EVERYONE! 

My guess is that it may take several days or even a few weeks to get the problem identified, resolved, and an updated game uploaded to the store. In the meantime, I'm finding that I can squeeze in quite a few chores in the time it takes for an ad to play, and GASP I've even taken a look at a couple of products/services that I hadn't previously heard of. Those ads are helping to pay for the game and happy support them by at least getting a sense of what their product/service is.

I am using an iPad and having the same problem, oddly not every time.  Watch ad, hit skip ad, black screen.  Annoying!!!!!

Also having black screen issue. Began 5/29/19. Cannot skip ad without having to restart app and lose the booster.

I am also having the same problem of the screen going blank. I have an iPhone 8+ iOS 12.3.1

Today’s 6/1. For me at least, the issues have cleared up.  At least they were earlier today.  Let’s hope the fix stays fixed!

Issue has not cleared up for me. Happened 4 times in a row, twice on a “skip ad” and twice on watching one all the way through.

I am having the same problem on my IPad, tried restarting and reinstalling to no avail very frustrating.

I’m having the same issue too 😕 If you watch the ad all the way to the end and use the x to exit ad screen instead of ‘skip ad’  you get your boosters.
