Problem log in to my account

When I try to log in to my King account, I get the messege to try again later. I'm changing phone and do not want to do that if I will loose my progress at CC soda. I'm on level 923. Regards maggan3

Hi @maggan3, I just responded to your other message regarding the progress.  If you are changing phones then you will be installing the game app and playing through the Kingdom right?  If, by some chance, your progress doesn't come back when playing on your new phone this is what you can do to get it back.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your account and get your progress back.  You will get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the contact form.
