Missing boosters/ suckers

Had my tablet battery fixed and motherboard. When I  got the tablet back all the boosters were gone. Every booster ( over 500 chocolate and color gumball and fishes. I also had over 300 suckers. I  saw where if you log in with your email it will save your progress if something happens to the machine.  How come I lost everything.  I get starting over at day 1 but it said I was at day 200 and something. When it was shipped to be fixed I was at day 349. They had they tablet 2 weeks and should have reset to day 1 not 200 and something .

Hi @frostyrobin105 - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. Boosters are stored to your device. It sounds like something they did in the repairs might have damaged the app history. I’m going to tag our CM @Xarly to see if anything can be done. Can you please confirm what version of the game you have and your user ID in the meantime?

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. If they were purchased gold bars and boosters then please let us know because that would be a different process.
