Help please!! The latest update prevents me from playing...is anyone else having this problem? 😥

Thanks so much for the help Elsa, I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it worked a treat! 😁🤗 I do play on a mobile device and since reinstalling, I've had no probs.
