    HI @lulusdepufy, welcome to our community.  I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here.  We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.
    Are you referring to a specific event?  At the moment, I believe there are only 2 things going on - Mr. Toffee's Fair and a few are getting the quest.  Are you not getting either one?

    Where are you playing the game?  These events would only be on mobile devices or Windows 10.
