Hi @elblev, welcome to our community. And hello to everyone else who is posting here. Can I ask you where you are playing the game - mobile, computer, king.com? Is it only happening with this game? It's strange that you all seem to be getting this for different levels. I am going to ask all of you please try some troubleshooting below, if you haven't done it yet.

Hey guys, I am creating a list because a couple of players are reporting this. I will elevate the list to management tomorrow.

Playing on computer with Chrome, tried Fox and same thing happened. I'm on level 1182. My browser is up to date. Saga works fine, just seems to be Soda. Frustrating, at this point forget the Race and Mr. Toffee's Fair, I've beat the level several times and then get the message. Couple of times it froze.1

i have also tried different browsers and followed all directions given to try and help...and nothing is working....still beating level 1000 over. and over. and over. and over...etc etc etc0

Hey guys, this is being reported to the studio. I have created a list because quite a few players are seeing that error message. I will make sure that this message is added to it. The community manager will be elevating it to the studio so please be patient and they will find a fix for it.

Any updates? Playing on facebook still doesn't work. I can play the game at king.com but then I am missing soda squad, Mr. Toffee and the races.0

Just following up with you all as it's been a while since you all have posted about this issue!! Is your game working now? Or you are still seeing the "Error" message when trying to play?
If the problem still persists, please post below details for the Team to look into the issue:
1) Device you are using to play the game;
2) Logged in through Facebook or Kingdom account;
3) When are you seeing the Error message -- after finishing & winning a level or after logging in, etc.,
