No more Videos for Special Items

Hey, in last time i dont get "Bonus Videos" which give me a booster, a special item or the possibility to get more play trains.

I orderd a package last weekend (golden ticket purchase) for first time. after these action i dont see any posibility to get booster via video

Am I now "marked" as a player who will buy gold and so on, and that is now the reason for no videos?

that would be very pity. before purchasing the package i got so often the chance to add extra trains.. and now since purchasing.. no way!

Pls help me
