Lost progress

i have lost all my progress and has logged me with my business account. I need to log in with my previous account. All my other games are logged in with my personal account. Help please

I'm sorry to hear that you each have lost your progress - see if this helps:
@anelia and @johnboy898 - Disconnect the game from Facebook (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your device (very important). 

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook.
Please see if this will help you get reconnected to your personal account/original FB account.

I had to create a new face book account because the game said it didn't recognize my old face book. Now the game wants to start me all over and lose my progress. What can I do to avoid losing my progress?

Hi @wcm, have you followed the links that @bearwithme posted in her message? We cannot get your progress back in this community.  So please read the information above and if you need help to understand it, we can help you with that.
