@Angel1123, can you try the following on your Apple device:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
If anybody else here on this thread has the same issue on the same Apple device, please give these steps a try. -
Try also clearing the Google Play Store cache and see if that helps:
-Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
-Locate the menu called 'Apps' or 'Application Manager' depending on the device model
-Scroll down until you find the 'Google Play Store.'
-From here click on 'Clear cache' then 'Uninstall updates’ and finally 'Clear data'. Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - don't worry as it's just a reset.

@barnesdeb57, try clearing the Google Play Store cache, that usually helps
First, delete the game app and then reset the settings in the Google Play Store app:
-Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
-Locate the menu called 'Apps' or 'Application Manager' depending on the device model
-Scroll down until you find the 'Google Play Store'
-From here click on 'Clear cache' then 'Uninstall updates’ and finally 'Clear data'. Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - don't worry as it's just a reset.
Restart the device and download the game again. Then open the game and reconnect it to your Facebook or King account to get back your played levels and Gold Bars.

I can assure you it has nothing to do with the fact that you do not have Facebook. I assume you have created a King account to back up your game progress?
Have you tested with your mobile data instead and see if the issue persists? Have you also made sure the game app is up to date?
