    I dont know about everyone else but i cant do anything from the start it says no internet when I'm on my 4G on android you can play levels & get ur everyday reward but that is all dont get anything else! It works on wifi though which I dont have in my home...
    Cant select tiles or see who's in the race or even get the benefits from the soda squad players (the pic is when I try to send the squad lives)
    cant send help to friends asking for lives either.

    I can play the levels, but I do not get any bonus at all. And when I try to sign in I get the lost connection pop up.
    I reinstalled Jelly and have to start all over again. Will not try with Soda yet and hope you will find the problem soon...

    Problem solved! I signed into my account on a third device and the iPad and desktop then connected to internet.

    Hi everyone,  I’m still having the same problem.  It’s been a few weeks.  Only happening on my Candy Crush games.  Bubble Witch still seems ok.  Going on week 4...  Very frustrating!
    Has anyone been able to fix the problem in their devices?
