Why does this game constantly cheat me? Also why has it stolen all my gold bars & never put them bac

This game constantly cheats me & its frustrating as a loyal gamer. It also stole my gold bars & never replaced them. I never use my bars & have been saving them but they are gone. King corporation thus is unacceptable!

I am sorry to hear about the issues in your game!!  Can you please explain what you meant by "the game constantly cheats you"?  

With regards to loosing Gold Bars, there has been a Glitch/issue and hence, some of the Soda players are loosing their Gold Bars!!  But, no need to worry... if you can give your user ID number, the Community Manager will be able to help you out.  Here is the link for look for it  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/247075/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it
