re sitting back to my level

What I need is to get back to the level I was on...The game has taken me back the beginning> I should be in the 1600s

I'm sorry to hear you lost your progress! We cannot restore your progress here in the Community, but don't worry, our Player Support team can!

Reach out to them here and make sure you select the right game and the option "Problems with my game" and "game didn't save" within that. They will do their best to assist you as soon as possible .
