I have been play candy crush for over 500 day and suddenly it reverted to day 15 can you help. I have not missed a day for well over a year and was most disappointed when this happened

The daily bonus can reset at any time even if you don't miss a day.  They are on timers.  Unfortunately King cannot bring you back to your highest day but on day 7 you will start receiving double boosters again and they keeping repeating the same 3.
