how long will it be without loading?

Hello, I don´t know if it`s my pc or the game  but it`s been up to now 4 days since I can´t play because it doesn´t load. Does somebody know anything about it?

@Marianuca Hello! You play on the PC. Which browser are you taking? Firefox is no more, because it stays black. Try it with Chrome or Opera. It's best if you play on a mobile device. Mobile or tablet. Hope I could help you!!! Otherwise, please contact me again!
