Game not playing correctly

I have been playing this game for years and was on level 525 but now the game starts on level 1 I am playing on my MacBook it works perfect on iPhone can you help me please

It`s been for over 4 days since I can´t enter the game. It doesn´t load up. Is it my PC or the server of Candy Crush Soda'?

Hello! Nothing is done for the PCs anymore. As a result, you have difficulties that you can still play. It is only made for the mobile devices what. Because they are running on HTML5. Which is easier for the developers. That's why I hardly play on the PC anymore, only Papa Pear. Because it's better for me than on the tablet. Papa Pear is still working.
