Gold Bars.

I used my gold bars for life refills and it took the gold bars but didn't refill my lives.  Could you help with this issue.  Not the first time it has happened.

If you purchase lives from the Gold Bars, you must have received them, but for some reason you may be deprived of them.For example, if your device's date and time are not accurate or your live's time is negative then this problem will occur.

Sukanta_Biswas,  the issue is not resolved.  Just tired to refill my lives again and didn't receive them.  What is the point of gold bars if you can't use them?  This is very frustrating.  Really enjoy the game but this is getting old.  Thanks

Please show me a screenshot of your game map & follow the steps below.
Check game app update > Log out game > Restart device > Open game & Log in again.
Let me know your Gold Bar status after doing these steps.
