I have been unable to play for 2 weeks now - please can you fix my black screen?

I have the SAME PROBLEM with the black screen.  About a week ago I saw that they are aware of the problem & working to right it, but my screen remains black.  How long will it take to fix it?????!!!!!

constant black screen, right after i  get into game, been that way for a couple weeks. will there be a fix anytime soon?

I am having the same issues, Black screen, this has been going on for about 4 weeks now, can send friends lives but that is all.....any suggestions on this
