No more daily boosters, crew, gifts

I've been playing in the gameroom now for one week. I noticed that i don't get any boosters, gifts and that there's no more crew.
User ID 10152866189847607.

Can u help me? I'm at level 2925.

Thank u for your quick answer! I had no idea. Normally i play on my tablet, but its under construction.
Still, i played on facebook and also there i didn't get any daily bonus.
