Game only works on wifi

I can play but if I want any kind of boosters, the prize wheel or magic beans which doesn’t work even when on WiFi, I can’t get them.  My internet works fine on all other apps BUT this one and in the settings on my phone, cell data is turned on.  

Help.

    I have uninstalled then reinstalled.  Nothing helps. .

    Same problem here. WiFi: plays just fine, but mobile data: NADA, says no internet whilst other apps work as normal. Wierd.

    Happened to me. Started w candy crush and then moved to all my king games. Even bought a new phone. Ive done every trouble shooting thing out there!

    Same issues with mine .......can the problem be fixed? And why when you have mobile data does it keep saying no internet? 🤔
