Mr Toffee fair or quests

HI, I had to reinstall my game after a computer crash. I don't have quests or Mr Toffee fair and my rainbow road is back to the old style, not the new style with the bottles. Can anyone help? I also didn't save my progress as I don't use facebook.

Hi @sharky and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this has happened to you. These in-game challenges and events are not always available to all players. The studio chooses a random amount of players for testing before releasing it widely. You can read more about it on the link below.

Fill in all the required information and make sure that you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that email and explain your issue in order for the team to reach you. If you don't reply, they won't reach you at all.
