How can I get put back to my correct level

One day I went to play and was at level 11. With the amount of money and years I've played this game it was disappointing. I have no interest in replaying 700 levels. How can I get this glitch fixed. 
I've uninstalled, reinstalled ect nothing has worked. I reached put via fb chat and email and have received zero help.

Hi @AshLaVine, welcome to the community.  There was a Facebook issue and players were saying that when they opened the game they were back at level 1.  If yours is a Facebook issue then you have to go into your settings, click on the Apps and websites and then checked the "Expired" tab is showing the game.  If it is then click on the app to edit and allow access again.  That is not working for everyone so if it doesn't work for you then I am going to ask you get your user ID # by following the steps here:

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient.  You should get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

Did everything you said didn't work. Emailed never got a ticket number only the bot response i've been getting for months. Really sucks that no human will ever answer! Wish I had never spent actual money on this game. I wouldn't have if i had known i could lose 600+levels and get no actual support or resolution.
