Logged in to Facebook

 On the game it says that I am logged onto Facebook. However, my progress is lost and had to restart at level one. I cannot receive or send anything. It seems like I’m not logged in at all. I was on level 1262. Is there anything that can be done to be logged back into Facebook on the phone app to regain my access?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game that you have lost your level progress!!  No, you do not have to start playing all those all levels again!!

Since you have already saved your game before through Facebook or Kingdom account, follow the suggestions in "Problems with retrieving Saved game";  Hope this made helps and you will get your level progress back!

Typ je reactie ik zit op facebook maar ik zit op spel candy crush saga soda level 170.
Maar het spel wil ik zonder inloggen facebook want spel heeft geen vooruit gang.
Op mijn ipad heb ik ook het spel maar weer op nummer 1.
Ik wil graag met jullie op king spelen ik heb een account maar ik kan het spel niet spelen.
