firebombmarkus yes, I passed 22 lvl in 6 hours, I mean I open the game close to 2:00pm the message says Before 11:59 pm, and I complete 22 new levels close 8:00pm, I was in lvl 706 and finish at 728

@KVasileva, Player Support have compensated your game with 50 Gold bars as in your case, the was a server delay.

@KVasileva Please stay patient. This is a new feature and we passed it on to the studio. They will look into it and I will let you know as soon as I know more.

I did it for 15 hours, no for 24..but still no gold! And more than 20 levels.. Why i didnt recieved the golden bars??? Please fix this mistake..

Are you also aware that this event has a time frame and you have to clear that number of levels within the 24 hour time frame. I almost had it but couldn't complete it and then the time ran out.

Have completed 40 levels and never got my gold bars ....

Hi @miamigirl55, by any chance do you have a print screen saying that you are supposed to get this? Did you just start the game and it said when you get to a certain level that you will receive gold bars?

Hello I am having the same problem. I completed 42 levels during gold rush and still never got my gold bars

@cbiggins, by any chance did you get a print screen showing that information? I will tag @Xarly who is the community manager for this game. Perhaps he can go into your account to find something there.

Hi there.. same thing happened to me. I played more than the 40 levels. It doesn’t specify NEW levels and I’ve played twice this way before with no issue. Today I didn’t receive my gold bars

No I didn’t take a screen shot. But it was an offer at the beginning of the weekend that said if I completed 40 levels I’d get gold bars as part of “gold rush” and then I completed 40 levels by midnight on Sunday but this morning it said I didn’t complete enough levels for the promotion. However, if you look into my account you can see that I did.

I’m still waiting on my original gold bars. How long are we expected to wait? Are there any updates? It seems like this is just being pushed aside at this point.
