I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!  Please follow this link to restore your level progress  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/244246/how-to-get-your-level-and-progress-back

1) If you have already saved your game before through Facebook or Kingdom account, follow the suggestions in "Problems with retrieving Saved game";

2) If you have not saved your game till now, follow the steps in the section part "Didn't save the game, is it too late"!  With this step, the "Player Support Team" will be able to retrieve your game progress.  But, please note that they can restore all those levels with only 2 stars, but cannot give the highest scores that you have previously achieved in the levels!

I lost all my levels doing a candy update and I followed your instructions to set up a king account and then to email you back which I have many times but still no reply .. so frustrating as I was over 1700 in levels

Hi @Gioffa, did you use the tag for me to see that you wrote back?  Something is not working right with these tags and I am not getting any notifications.  If you have your King account, did you get your user ID # yet?  If not, then please follow the steps from here. 

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient.  You should get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.
