Making a Purchase

Im not able to make any purchases. It says "contacting" and then when I try to purchase it states "store unavailable". Been trying for a few days now.

I am going to suggest that you get your user ID # by following the steps from here.  Once you have it, then you are going to click on the icon on the bottom right, give them your number and explain what happened.  They will help you with the purchase issue.
