Back to level 1 on windows

I am constantly sent back to level 1 on my windows laptop even though I am logged in with Facebook. A few times it worked after restarting the Chrome browser, but not anymore. It works fine on my android surfpad and phone. Tried to install the Candy crush soda app on the laptop, but that didn't work at all, never even got it to start properly. It seems to be a known issue so please fix this!

Is the issue that you have to scroll to your current level on Facebook? If yes, click on the portal icon on the top right corner and select the last episode which should bring you back to your current level.

I just upgraded my phone and I was on 774 days straight how do I get back to the number of days. When I switch it took me back to day 15 which I don't understand
