Why am I not receiving lives from my king friends

I send lives when prompted but even when I request king friends for lives; I haven’t received even one life from anyone

Which device are you playing on? Facebook, Apple, Android devices? If you play on mobile, have you tried disconnecting the game app from Facebook and connect it again?

Is the game app also up to date?

I play on my iPhone I am always disconnected from Facebook

Great, have you made sure the game app is up to date and connected to your King account? Did you try disconnecting it and connecting it back to see if that helps?
