Why have my gold bars disappeared?

Hi there, last week I had 13 gold bars - it has taken me MONTHS! to collect them. Without spending any I now have 8. Why have they disappeared, and can you please replenish them?

    It's not possible to lose Gold Bars but we can check with Player Support to see what has happened to your Gold bars if you can provide us your User ID.
