    But remember that I also mentioned that it might take a bit of time and it's still the weekend.  I will tag @QueenB who is the community moderator but I'm not sure how much help she can be because purchase issues are not handled here.  She will be back in the office on Monday but I already know that they have a lot going on during the day.  She will see the tag and let's see what she can offer you.

    After a conversation with our team in Player support, we have thoroughly investigated your claims and identified that your account is working perfectly. No payment issue that you have reported has been proven to fail and all items have always been granted.

    If you wish to get a refund for any purchases you have issues with, contact Apple Support here and request for a refund directly with them.

    Sorry but we cannot be of more help here.

    candy crush and friends took ten bars and the game crashed and these ten bars need replacing.
    if my account is working perfectly why do I never get any auto notifications to my messages or any response whatsoever?

    I also have not received my reward on soda crush for a share of 10 million gold bars in Trolls Treasure.
