    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you clarify something for me....  what is happening when you are trying to open the game?  

    Are you seeing "there is no internet connection" message?  Do you play any other games?  Are they working properly?  

    And one more thing... is it the Candy Crush OR Candy Soda game, that you are having this issue?

    I’m having the same problem with candy crush soda. My iPhone is connected to the internet but the game is saying it’s not.

    Obviously they are having lots of issues with these games. I’m also experiencing problems with my candy crush jelly. I do not receive lives from others when I ask for them.  I’m at the point I’m going to delete all of them.

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue you both too are having in the game!!  

    @Lori6 @blclark915 and @joninsmom
    Unfortunately, the only remedy that is left now for us is to "Delete and Reinstall" the game App!  I am not sure of the reason why it happens!!  

    But, when we have this "no internet" issue in one particular game and other games work fine, it is the only step for us to take to get back into the game!  But the side-effect with deleting the App is that all our stocked up boosters will be removed from our game and they will not be reimbursed by the King team unless they are purchased with real money!!
    ** You will also be loosing your "Daily Log-in" Streak!!    

    If you are OK with it and want to enjoy your game again, please do delete and reinstall your game App.  For this, first delete the App --> Clear cache & delete browsing history --> Restart your device after 2 minutes break --> Connect to WiFi and reinstall the Soda App.  

    I have done the same with my Farm Heroes game a while ago, and it has been working without any issues from then!  So, hopefully, you all too will have uninterrupted game from now on!!

    There was an issue with Lives in Jelly Saga game but is fixed now :+1:  

    If you are playing on a mobile device, please make sure that you have updated your App to 2.31.22;  And if you are playing through Windows 10, update will be coming soon!
