Lost Money and gold bars

So I got my paycheck on the 2nd I don't indulge in many things but when I want to spend my money and I lose the gold bars every time I go to buy something it says that I've bought it takes my gold bars and doesn't give me my power ups.I have contacted support I have told them about this issue I'm having. And still nothing and I lost and I lost another hundred gold bars in the last couple hours what should I do

I have the same issue - 20 gold bars this morning and on trying to buy 5 lives twice (and being told twice that the transaction failed) when I got onto Wi-fi and tried again I no longer have any bars....
