Replay level 1 and then refresh the game.  It might bring you back to your current level.  It used to work so hopefully it still does.

Now I understand you!  I thought that you were saying that the game went back to level 1.  Question for you - how many gold bars do you get when you are dethroned?  I just get 1 gold bar most of the time.  It's not even worth the bother sometimes but I still have to try hoping that maybe I'll get more gold the next time.

Yep - 1 or 2 bars, the most I think I have ever received is 7 and I’ve been playing for yonks!

How do some players get 10 or more at one time?  Does it have to do with our score?

I honestly have no idea, it seems a lot of work sometimes for little reward.
They have increased the cost of buying gold bars over 100 percent since I started playing, they should reward more and charge less as an incentive.
the holiday packages used to be such good value but not so much now.
