Why do I not have the option to watch a video for extra lives?

I am not at all happy about not having the video option from time to time. Especially for super hard levels. So I do not plan to play any more.

I think that option "expires" when used often enough within a 24 hour period. (Possibly 12 hours, but who's keeping track of time when you're playing Candy Crush Soda?) If you use up all boosters available by watching ads, you can probably wait and more will be available before too long.

Hello and welcome to the Community @ashelman and @cal_20. Some have ads and some don’t 😢. They come and go. I myself have never had ads and play for several years. When I want to play further I always have to buy lives or 5 extra moves. So if you still like the game, don’t give up playing because you miss the ads 🙂
