Hello @Candy_Crushing and welcome to our wonderful King Community. Actually - if a player needs some help or assistance, they should post it under support first and there is a very good chance that one of the game experts or Superstars can answer their question/help them out. Only some things need to be forwarded to the King Player Support like something going wrong with a purchase or loss of gold bars or progress/levels in the game. The Community Moderators are always glad to help - but they are also very busy so we try not to tag them a lot. They will usually look at the support areas of their respective games so if a question is posted in the support area - you may see a CM answering the question.
