Progress lost

I have reached more than 1300 level and then this app shows popup to save my progress through email. When I login with my email I am back to 98 level and all my progress is gone. Your popup is misleading, instead of saving my progress it reverted back. That's pathetic and I don't want to play this game further.

I am sorry that you have a problem and I would like to help you. First of all I would like to ask you one question: would you please remove your email address? Because we do not ask for personal data because of data protection law.

Please play the level again and click on it and update it and clear the cache. If that doesn't help, please get back.

The last time you synced the game with the server, while you were at Level 98. Since then your game progress has not been fully saved because you did not connect the game to server. If you've always connected the game to the server, check the troubleshooting below.

It was all good until your app showed a popup window to save my progress. It should have overwritten my level on current device instead of throwing me back to 98. And that's completely your app fault. Misleading information

Note, I mentioned it's connected to email address not with Facebook. I don't have Facebook account.
