Do I need permission to organize a competition where prize money will be awarded

My company is into media, entertainment and gaming. I have plans to host an esports league competition with my friends who play one of the king.com games.

The plan is to create a competition where prize money will be awarded.

My question; is this against your terms of use? As written below:

You agree that you will not:

"use our Services for any commercial or business purpose or for the benefit of any third party or to send unsolicited communications;"

I need your advice on what to do about it if it does or the appropriate channel to contact to seek permission to organize an esports competitive game show using your game.

I have tried to contact king but it seems they are not attending to some queries.
