Like my friend @Yosca suggested, please go to this main thread and post your game ID ---> Did not Receive Rewards from Bubble Gum Hill

You will have to click on those Green letters to go there. Then, scroll down all the way to post your game user ID number in the open comment box. This link will help you to look for your game ID ---> Find my ID
