As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Just imagine you own a business and the people you hired are treating the customer's like garbage (Edit by CM: Offensive) . Just stop complaining, that's how you treat your customers the ones spending money . Just so unprofessional . They could care less about us

I would like to clarify again that it is your decision to spend money on it. Nobody asks of you and please don't submit it to us. All games are free. What you do with it is your decision. Please stop complaining. The team is trying everything possible to bring it back and some of the players already have it. If it works, multiple players will get it.
Another weekend without Bubblegum Hill, another weekend of me not playing. 4 months is a ridiculous amount of time to fix a program that they are supposedly trained to be able to do. Well i can at least say CCSS has saved me a lot of money by not having it, i've bought a whole new summer wardrobe with what i would've spent to play Bubblegum Hill! It's absolutely Horrendous they would have this long term problem during the worst time for us. Many people at this time can not afford to buy anything let alone boosters for your game which is why Bubblegum Hill was so important for us to have. You can't advance is this game too much without the gold bars and lollipops. If they aren't going to bring it back just let us know so i can move on completely from this game. In the meantime i'll continue to play Best Fiends, i suggest others give that game a try. I can't continue to support King or any of there games, i'd rather spend my time and money elsewhere where it's appreciated.

Week 16 and still running test , 4 month's and what do they tell us stop complaining bgh will be back. All lies people, they could care less about us you know the people that spent there money every week. All thought I did have it for 40 minutes last week and it didn't have one problem, so I almost bought my 24 hour boosters then I figured it could be a cash grab and I was right. I saved 17dollars because 40 minutes later it was gone. 40 minutes in 16 weeks not bad at all tech team

In fact over the last few weeks we have received a lot of reports from Bubblegum Hill and the problems kept coming back again and again. At the moment work is underway to completely solve the problems of Bubblegum Hill and a few players have been given this event for the purpose of testing.

Bubble Gum Hill was tested with a small group of players last week. So think it will be back in the game just need to be patient
I always looked forward to the weekends but now they are just another boring day for me. I agree about uninstalling this game, doing better playing in casinos.
Since I was asked why not an update every day, I can only say: I am not the technology and you decide when you publish it. As soon as it is there, it will be published. Please always check your games for updates. You could do that yourself on your device.

Ipete! You can't always have everything. It's like in real life. I've made suggestions, maybe I'll get it some day. I could recommend Farm Super Heros to you. It's more fun than Farm Heros. Give it a try. There is nothing to complain about here. It's a shame that you don't have to do anything else. There are so many nice things to do. You can distract yourself very well.
@Spinnifix I think you are right. I'm addictive to this game. Maybe it is time to walk away for awhile. I'm playing BubbleWitch3 for 2 weeks now. Let me tell you, it makes me miss BGH and Kimmy's arcade even more. No the same. I'll try farm hero next week.

I agree. There was a small glitch which should not take months to fixed and tested. I think what the studio tech team is doing is to change the BGH feature to make it harder to get prizes. Money is always the bottom line. It sure seems that way to me.
Should I honestly tell you something? The only thing I have now is MR. Toffe and the box with the key. I am not complaining. The main levels are more important to me. The journey is still long for me. I also play a lot of games. I don't just focus on one game. There are several in the world and they are fun. Time to think !!!
Very disappointed you've not brought back Bubblegum hill as promised. I think your excuse that there's technical problems is bs, I think it's because you're not making enough money off it. Please bring it back or I will uninstall this game. Thank you.
@Spinnifix I'm very saddened for you that you never have BGH. As you can see the level of madness players have shown here, BGH was very important feature to have. It was lots of fun to play. I miss it a lot. ❤️❤️❤️
The absence of BGH made me look for other, more honest gaming options. Candy Crush Soda is no longer my favorite game. If BGH ever returns, very well, otherwise, I don't even care anymore.

Last time I had BGT was at the end of December. I could win a couple of gold bars but the event didn't let me play after because all the levels remained marked with a ✔ sign.

Yeah super @DieOmimi . Since I got the chocolate troll I noticed I won more gold bars instead of the 1 or 2 gold bars. I have had this chocolate troll 2 times and my gold is growing now 😊. Yesterday evening I saw I had BGH too and started to play. So far I won 3 times the throne and won 23, 9 and 28 gold bars 😁. Very very nice, but also you have to wait very long until you can play it again. But not complaining, I am very happy I see it in my game! As I remember you won once 100 gold bars @ipete , didn’t you?
I see it sometimes too @Pitty_Kitty all the levels remained marked with a ✔ sign, it’s still there. I go out BGH to normal levels, back BGH, back normal levels for many times. At last I can play again. Hope you’ll have it back some time.

I don’t have BGH , no Kimmy’s Arcade either. I only have the horrible horrible MTF . I would be happy to trade in the MTF for either BGH or Kimmy’s Arcade . Life is so so boring for me till Friday , tomorrow when more new levels appear.
There’s nothing from Monday to Thursday , this game is getting so boring I stopped playing during the week and if there’s no bgh I don’t even bother playing on weekends either

Yes, I did @Yosca 😁 earlier this week was also good. got 30+ and then 51 (next day). but last night I got less than 10 on multiple times. get to play more which I like better than waiting all day (and night) for someone to over throne me. I hope this new delay is for 3 reasons:
BGH fan club is not a happy one......so dedicated, so very disappointed......still hopeful all will end well.
