As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

No @Chakra But I have to wait for at least 6 hours to see it. If I get BGH on Monday, it usually comes around 5 pm CET. So I am hoping 🙏🏻

@2grandbabies i dont have any event also, they are all about a Valentines event on fb and twitter and i dont have it... im tired of writing them i think i will delete the game....

The rewards - Gold Bars - are much smaller. Used to be that 20-30 was common, now, I haven't seen 10 in weeks.
Still, at least I have it again.
BubbleGum Hill is the most annoying, irritating, blood pressure rising, unkind, unforgiving part of the game.
I've got loads of energy points but get fed up of being lured in on two easy levels and then KERPAZZ SHABOOM - losing easily on level 3 or 4. The rewards are utterly dire, so I don't think it's worth it. On the rare occassion I've won, I get one bloody gold bar- oh wow - go to the front of the class NOT!

Update! I have BGH since Monday and supposed to end this evening 😥 Just like @Chakra it is chocolate version. Sorry for all players who did not get it.
FYI- I don't see BGH first time I logged in (every time too) I had to click "home page" and "play" back and forward a couple times then I see BGH. Some lag 🙄

Maybe they should treat the players with respect. All we get is the runaround from them. No real answers or updates no matter how many times we have asked. Maybe they could be honest and tell us a true estimate when Bubblegum Hill will be back. There is no way they don’t have an answer. They could also give us some gold bars or boosters in the meantime but I have asked about this several times and they don’t even answer. Just how is that being respectful?
When the players start getting some respect it will get returned. I could care less how it ends I haven't spent a dime since all your lies started 4 months ago.
I don't think it's fair to have to ask for gold bars or boosters since it is still being repaired. Please keep in mind that all games are free and therefore you have no additional right to compensation. You are welcome to take part in the competitions. There you may be selected and it is a good change to wait. Please at least accept this !!! It is your decision.
I stopped playing after 5000 levels, done with it. Maybe when BHG returns I will start again.

First of all, I think I have to remind you of our House Rules. Please read them HERE. The most important one is to respect each other.
I understand your frustration, I really do. I also understand that the Studio team are doing their best to get Bubblegum Troll back. Some issues take more time than others, that's the truth. I cannot give you an approximate date as they have to test every change they make first to avoid the situation of having to disconnect the feature again. I wish I could, and they wish they could, too.
Having said that, I will update you tomorrow as soon as I know if the Bubblegum Hill will be ready for this weekend. I hope I can give you the news we're all waiting for! 🤗

First and foremost if the studio is "doing their best" then they all need to be FIRED. This part of the game has been available for YEARS. If they are having trouble with the new version then roll out one of the old ones in the mean time. This isn't brain surgery. I'm guessing the players won't like the updates anyway because it seems like when a major change is installed it's always worse for the players.
I understand the request for respect but a game that makes MILLIONS should have better service and communication.
There is absolutely no excuse for this level of dysfunction.

I also believe the studio knows if they are day, weeks, or months away from fixing the “issues” with a Bubblegum Hill.
Deb0407, I'm sure it's months. In the meantime, nobody has boosters. And I hope nobody buys any! If it takes this long to fix something that wasn't broken, they don't need any of our hard earned money!

16 weeks and the studio is still working on it, they really deserve raises for there problem solving skills and lighting fast fixes. This has gone way beyond ridiculous now (Edit by CM: Offensive)
