As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
When I go to setting and click on Candy crush soda I don’t see where you can clear the cache memory. I have only had BBH 2 times since last March! Any help would be appreciated!!
I know about the Supersonic Lolly @Ditte 😕. I am not happy about that either. We have a thread about the disappeared Lolly here. Sorry you still don’t see BGH. Maybe it rolls out in phases 🤔. Some players saw it in the game yesterday and others today.
I have replayed levels to tick tiles in MTF. No BGH and my supersonic lollies are gone😥. I had one piece on my old phone and all 3 pieces on my new phone. Now completely gone. Not just the pieces missing.
Maybe this can help. I saw BGH on my iOS device but not on Android. Close, open, close, open the game didn’t work. Then I replayed a level (I am at the end of the map) and BGH appeared on my Android too. Hopefully some see it too at that way 🙏🏻

I got it after reading the posts here. Please do the following:
1. Clear cache memory ( go to settings, select CCS app and clear cache memory
2. Switch off and switch on your device.
3. Make sure you are part of a team.

I have it too! I saw your post, opened the game, nothing. So 15 minutes later I opened the game again and there it is 😊. I think BGH was running for some time already because I see many winners; I just got it 🎉

I login every day just to keep my daily booster, but if there's not Bubblegum Hill I quit and go play a different game. Don't they get it that if they brought BGH back for everyone, all the time, they would have so many more people playing! Ugh. Frustrating!

On June 12th, I wrote the following:
"PLEASE inform the studio that when you attempt to collect your winnings after successfully completing Level 5 that the game STILL completely closes down … as it did last Friday!!!!!"

Well … I guess I'm one of those who says the comments aren't read … as the same problem existed during todays exercise. Reach level 5, click on the "collect rewards" toggle, and the game completely disappears … forcing you to re-launch the game as if one were bringing up the game for the first time any given day.

No BGH for me.. Not lucky!
It will be great if some other features like Kimmys Arcade can be brought back so that we can win some boosters. All other king games have opportunities to win boosters in many ways but soda is very limiting- only one timed booster for daily sign-in, one measly booster in toffee tiles in 2 days if you are lucky to not have someone sitting on tiles! As for the race, its difficult to finish levels fast without boosters- so no chance there as well.
Even if these timed boosters are changed to actual boosters we can accumulate something!
I really hope that that the test group for BGH is not comprised of the people that have acted like children over the past few months lol.... I say this because I was almost one of them. Every week I would check for BGH and when I was disappointed that it wasn't there, I would get on this feed with the intention of complaining, Then I would read some of the cut throat posts and it would put me in check. This is just entertainment! My Son is a programmer.... The amount of coding it takes to do the tiniest piece of any game is insane, Thank you to the Team for putting up with the abuse and enduring some of the juvenile comments. Please keep up the good work, I can't wait to play.
@lala46 we are all children at heart ❤️ and with stuff going on everywhere, this is the best place to complain. and we will continue to do just that until the studio get back BGH.

It is a very strange thing that happens when people come to the defense of a corporation and look poorly on the actual individuals who keep them in business. You can’t hurt the corporations feelings. Also very odd to wish people don’t get the game feature they are asking for because you don’t approve of the way they are asking. There are better things to wish for than other people’s unhappiness.

Then we complain because it's been 4 months and then these incompetent fools bitch at us or delete the complaint. The 4 month cash grab continues, its really nice to see how much they looked out for us during this pandemic. Most companies go out of their way to take care of there customers especially during these crazy times. This company has shit all over us and they could care less

This tech team is incredibly fast they should be working on wall street or for a fortune 500 company. 4 month's and still nothing to fix something that wasn't broken. Another weekend the 16th weekend to be exact and still no bubblegum hill. This has gone so far beyond ridiculous now, and all we get is there testing. What they should do is fire the whole tech team, in 4 months they could have designed and built 10 new systems. AWFUL
