As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

I haven’t had bubblegum hill in over a year. The painting the town is honestly really not fun at all and we can only bake so many cakes. Please bring back one of the most pleasurable aspects of the game.

No it isn’t gone for good @deb0407 We used to have BGH every weekend and got used to it. This has changed and BGH will be more of an event that comes every now and then, just like Bear Brawl. And yes, I know how annoying that is, I too was used to having BGH over and over and oh I loved it.
I've been playing this game forever and didn't realize that bubblegum hill changed to weekends only. 🤦♀️

I login everyday just to keep my daily booster, but without BGH I don't play any of the stupid side games or levels and move on to a non-King game. Will NOT play until you bring back BGH....I remember the good 'ol days when we used to have it 24x7.
Same old nonsense...They just don't know a damn what the studio is upto. I literally got fed up..I'm quitting this game and uninstalling it , with hundreds of boosters notwithstanding and going in vain..But it's worth it than waiting in eternity for BGH to make a comeback...Goodbye...

This was my favorite part of the week. Gone for two weeks now. And it’s a holiday weekend. Can’t you fix it on the backend and let us keep playing as it is until then? You took away the individual challenges in the daily area. This was all that was left to do on our own. The group thing is only so much fun when someone sits on a challenge for days.
I need Bubblegum Hill challenge back. It mativates me to play the levels.
